All-Year Wednesday Morning Workshops

ICJC presents the 5th Annual “Japanese Cooking Intermediate Workshops" . This class is for students who have had some Japanese cooking experience before. Nine one-day workshops on Wednesdays will be held focusing on three sessions and three themes:

Session 1: Noodles
2015: October 7, November 17, December 9

Session 2: Kaiseki Dishes
2016: January 27, February 24, March 23

Session 3: Omotenashi Dishes
2016: April 20, May 18, June 8


Workshop Registration Information and Schedule
Day: Wednesdays – specific dates listed above.
Time: 10:00AM – 1:00PM
Location: ICJC Building (Annex First Floor)
Fee: One session (3 classes): 9,000円 + 4,500円 supplies fee
One class: 3,000円 + 1,500 fee円
Class Limit: 6-12 students
Language: English
Registration: *It is recommended students register for one full workshop session. Class size minimum is required or class will be cancelled. Each workshop session requires separate registration and should be made by one week in advance by emailing info@icjc.jp. Confirmation will be sent out automatically. Teacher Profile: Ms. Mori has been teaching the delicate art of Japanese cuisine to both Japanese and foreigners for several years. She has presented several cooking classes for the YIS PTSA as well as for various other special events in the Yokohama area. Ms. Mori’s specialties include traditional Japanese food incorporating natural and local ingredients from various regions of Japan. She looks forward to sharing her delicious recipes with the class.
